As from the first day of touching an acoustic guitar Jurgen Martin Johann Toonen liked creating own compositions. CD: "Sobre Dios" contains some of them, composed over a period of 30 years.

Sobre Dios means about God, the compositions are inspired by life and its mysteries. The title song: Sobre Dios, for instance expresses a conversation about God, one of the biggest questions humans have from the beginning of time opinions differ. The piece contains the dynamics of arguments and/or with emotions.

Other song themes are how beautiful we are, guilt and forgiveness, tenderness, frailty, mystery, climbs in life, patience and silence, friendship, sunrise.

The titles are in Spanish due to my far inheritance, which you can hear in the classical Spanish and Latin rock style of play.
